Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network and Systems Administrator to ensure uptime, security, and performance of customer IT infrastructure by managing the full lifecycle of networking hardware and server systems from design to troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include configuring LAN/WAN/WLAN, managing Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, AD/DNS/DHCP, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V). 2+ years' experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, or VMware VCP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, and OSI model.
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Analytical under pressure with good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks to meet requirements.
• Install and manage routers, switches, Fortinet firewalls, and load balancers.
• Manage VPN tunnels, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF/BGP).
• Coordinate with ISPs for internet circuits and outages.
• Administer Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL).
• Manage AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP; support directory and network services.
• Maintain VMware/Hyper-V virtual environments and backups.
• Ensure security hardening and patch management.
• Monitor with PRTG/SolarWinds and document SOPs.
• Escalation point for L2/L3 issues and asset inventories.
