Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Maintenance Engineer in Singapore. You will operate, monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls and wireless equipment, ensuring stable service delivery.

You will analyze logs, resolve incidents per SLA, and coordinate firmware upgrades, patches and security updates. AWS cloud networking experience is preferred; strong coordination with vendors and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in network operation, maintenance and support.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or AWS Networking are advantageous.
• Experience with AWS cloud networking (VPC, Direct Connect, transit gateway) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine operation, monitoring and preventive maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, availability and capacity to ensure reliable service.
• Analyze logs to identify abnormalities and perform root cause analysis.
• Respond to incidents and resolve issues per SLAs.
• Plan firmware upgrades, patches and security updates for devices.
• Support change management, including impact assessment and rollback planning.
• Maintain network documentation and incident logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting.
• Support AWS cloud networking and connectivity between on-prem and cloud.
• Participate in on-call support and maintenance outside business hours.
