Job summary

ITCONNECTUS PTE. LTD. seeks a Cyber-Security Engineer (Level-2) to support cybersecurity operations and maintain our network security infrastructure. The role covers incident handling, firewall and VPN management, proxy support, and vulnerability remediation across LAN/WAN/VPN environments.

You will ensure optimal performance of routers, firewalls, IPS, proxies, load balancers, and related devices while contributing to security awareness and documentation. Rotation shifts cover Europe hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT security operations and network infrastructure.
• Ability to manage security incidents and changes.
• Knowledge of firewalls, proxies, VPNs, IDS and related devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for network and security infrastructure.
• Handle incidents, requests and change management.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and harden security controls.
• Maintain security SOPs and documentation.
• Support network security project implementations.
• Manage IT security assets and CMDB.
