Job summary

1-Net Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Services professional to manage and support Cloud, Managed, and Data Center services, including BCM. You will design network and firewall deployments, implement security best practices, and ensure SLA-driven delivery across corporate IT projects.

The role requires CCNA or equivalent, strong troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with diverse OS and virtualization technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer or other IT related field of study.
• CCNA or equivalent network certification required.
• ITIL v3 or v4 preferred.
• Demonstrated network troubleshooting skills and experience with installation and configuration of networking devices.
• Experience across OS, databases, applications, networking, storage, firewalls, IDS/IPS, orchestration and virtualization.
• Basic Cloud Virtualisation knowledge (AWS, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, OpenStack).
• Understanding of cloud/enterprise networking and security best practices.
• Knowledge of OS/Network security hardening.
• Strong networking concepts and routing knowledge.
• Experience analyzing security logs and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT services including Cloud, Managed, and DC services.
• Design, architect, and build network and firewall deployment solutions.
• Implement firewall best practices to secure data center infrastructure.
• Conduct R&D to enable IT services innovation.
• Monitor performance, conduct preventive maintenance and patch management.
• Rectify IT operational issues and manage change requests within SLA.
• Administer network and security infrastructure (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, endpoints).
• Provide diagnoses, resolutions, and documentation for enterprise network environments.
• Install, configure, integrate and commission IT solutions for internal and external customers.
• Proactively source better IT solutions to improve business operations.
• Maintain schedules and update performance records.
• Plan and deploy new/existing systems; maintain SOPs.
• Support ISO/ISMS/BCMS/PCI-DSS/OSPAR certifications as needed.
