Job summary

1-Net in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support IT Services, including cloud, managed services, DC security, and BCMS. You will design, architect, and deploy network and firewall solutions to ensure services meet SOP and SLA expectations.

Responsibilities include monitoring, patching, capacity planning, and documentation of resolutions. Roles involve OS, virtualization, security tools, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/OpenStack. On-site at 1-Net East or North.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT field.
• CCNA or equivalent network cert.
• ITIL v3 or v4 preferred.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, proxy.
• Experience across OS, databases, storage, virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and customer IT infrastructure per SOP and SLA.
• Design, architect and deploy network and firewall solutions.
• Deploy firewall best practices for data center security.
• Monitor performance; perform maintenance and patching.
• Document diagnoses, resolutions, and configurations.
• Participate in certifications for QMS/ISMS/PCI-DSS/OSPAR.
• Location-based: 1-Net East (Chai Chee) / 1-Net North (Woodlands).
