Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network architecture and troubleshooting at data center level.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with BGP-VPN, EVPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, DNS, IPv4/v6, VPN, Ethernet, and Infiniband networking protocols.
• Strong expertise in network automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or custom solutions such as Netbox.
• Proven ability to design, deploy, and manage complex hybrid/multi-cloud network environments and edge network setups.
• Experience with network components such as firewalls, load balancers, spine/leaf architecture, Infiniband, and storage networking.
• Ability to work with operational processes such as on-call support, network monitoring, and failover/recovery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable data center network architectures for VPCs, hybrid/multi-cloud, and edge environments.
• Troubleshoot and provide in-depth support for network components including firewalls, switches, load balancers, spine/leaf, Infiniband, and storage networking.
• Ensure optimal operation and performance by monitoring, maintaining, and resolving network issues, failover procedures, and recovery plans.
• Architect and maintain advanced networking solutions involving BGP-VPN, EVPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, VPN, Ethernet, and Infiniband protocols.
• Utilize network automation tools to automate configuration, deployment, and management of networks.
• Provide on-call support and monitor network systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Implement and improve operational best practices to optimize network performance and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement network solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.
