Job summary

NTT in Singapore is seeking an accomplished Senior Network Engineer to lead design, migration and optimization of our enterprise networks. You will architect and deploy SD-WAN, manage multi-vendor routing/switching, and ensure high availability and robust security across global IT environments.

You will configure Check Point and Palo Alto firewalls, administer Infoblox DDI, and drive efficiency with Cisco ACI data centers.

Detailed Job Description:

As a Senior Network Engineer / Network Specialist in Singapore via NTT, you will serve as a principal technical authority responsible for ensuring the high availability, robust security, and seamless performance of enterprise communication networks. Your daily responsibilities will encompass executing network design and migration projects, managing routing and switching topologies, configuring Check Point and Palo Alto security firewalls, deploying SD-WAN frameworks, and administering Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, migration, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across Singapore operations.
• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) fabrics.

• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise security baselines, compliance standards, and network resilience frameworks.
• Collaborate proactively with global IT stakeholders, security operations centers, and system administrators.
• Author comprehensive network engineering blueprints, technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and migration runbooks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of hands‑on professional experience in enterprise network infrastructure design, implementation, and support.
• Deep technical proficiency in SD-WAN architectures, advanced routing and switching protocols, and LAN/WAN technologies.
• Proven hands‑on experience administering Check Point and Palo Alto Networks enterprise firewalls.
• Strong practical expertise with Cisco ACI data center networking platforms.
• Extensive experience managing Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) services.
• Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and cross‑functional communication capabilities.
• Mandatory residency/work authorization: Ability to operate on‑site in Singapore.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), CCNP Enterprise/Security, Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE), or Palo Alto PCNSE.
• Prior professional experience supporting global telecommunications carriers or multinational enterprise IT environments.
• Familiarity with network automation scripting using Python, Ansible, or REST APIs.
