Detailed Job Description

As a Lead System Engineer supporting network communications in Singapore via NTT Global, you will take full technical and operational ownership of enterprise network optimization, incident escalation management, and infrastructure transformation projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing complex multi-vendor enterprise networks, leading incident resolution across vendors, and driving network automation using Ansible and Python scripts. You will provide expert-level support across Cisco, Aruba, Versa, ISE, and ClearPass platforms while collaborating closely with client stakeholders, service delivery managers, and global engineering teams. Furthermore, you will architect network transformation roadmaps, oversee service delivery metrics, and ensure uncompromised availability and security across all enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and maintain large-scale, multi-vendor enterprise network operations and communications infrastructure.
• Lead complex incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and cross-vendor service delivery escalations.
• Drive network automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives utilizing Ansible and Python scripting frameworks.
• Support and administer enterprise networking and security technologies including Cisco, Aruba, Versa, ISE, and ClearPass.

• Comprehensive practical experience supporting multi-vendor hardware and platforms including Cisco, Aruba, Versa, ISE, and ClearPass.
