Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, high-availability network solutions for ATM and mission-critical systems. You will lead network engineering activities across project delivery, integration, testing, customer deployments, and provide technical leadership to small teams.

Key responsibilities include designing architectures, documenting solutions, configuring Cisco gear, and supporting system integration, testing, and training

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of network engineering experience in complex, software-centric or mission-critical environments.
• Strong expertise in network architecture, infrastructure design, routing, switching, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and Linux/Unix environments (Red Hat preferred).
• Scripting knowledge (Shell, Perl, TCL/TK) is advantageous.
• Proven experience leading small technical teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network architectures, infrastructure solutions, and security-compliant network configurations.
• Develop solution designs, network documentation, BOMs, test procedures, and integration artifacts.
• Configure, validate, and deploy networking equipment in factory and customer environments.
• Support system integration, troubleshooting, customer acceptance testing, and training activities.
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies and alternative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, task prioritization, mentoring, and quality oversight for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to engineering standards and processes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
