Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design, deploy, and support mission-critical platforms for ATM solutions. You will lead architecture, BoM, and test procedures while collaborating with engineering, security, and cross-functional teams.

You will drive automation with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, assess risks, guide deployment, and ensure compliance with quality and security standards in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, IT, CS or related field.
• At least 7 years designing, implementing, integrating and supporting complex infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on with Linux/Windows Server, storage, and enterprise networking.
• Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM/Proxmox).
• Experience with container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Infrastructure automation and IaC (Ansible, Terraform) with CI/CD experience.
• Solid network, system integration, testing, validation, and deployment knowledge.
• Experience in mission-critical or regulated environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder skills.
• ATM domain knowledge or Cisco certifications are a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, integrate, and support mission-critical infrastructure platforms, including servers, storage, virtualization, operating systems, and network equipment for Air Traffic Management (ATM) solutions.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture, technical designs, Bills of Materials (BoM), technical documentation, and test procedures.
• Lead infrastructure integration, testing, validation, and deployment activities across factory and customer environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, software, security, and other cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues, and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical expertise during customer engagements, design reviews, technical discussions, and training sessions.
• Support bid and proposal activities through infrastructure solution design, sizing, effort estimation, and cost analysis.
• Drive infrastructure automation, standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, safety, operational, and industry standards.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, engineering best practices, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting complex infrastructure environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server, server infrastructure, storage, and enterprise networking.
• Strong expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and Proxmox.
• Experience with container platforms including Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and IaC tools such as Ansible and Terraform, along with CI/CD and ing.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals, system integration, infrastructure testing, validation, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience working in mission-critical, large-scale, or highly regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP), Air Traffic Management (ATM) domain knowledge, or Systems Engineering qualifications will be an advantage.
