Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a senior IT Network Engineer to design, implement and migrate complex network solutions, on-site, with weekend shifts as required.

You will have 5+ years in IT networking, CCNP, CCNA and Data Center ACI implementations, with hands-on Cisco routing and switching, F5 LTM and Cisco ACI. The 12-month renewable contract expects strong collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT Networking, Architecture, Design and Solutioning/Implementation.
• CCNP, CCNA and Data Center ACI Implementation certifications are required.
• Data Center networking experience and migration projects essential.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the Bank’s network, processes & change windows.
• Interact with clients on site to meet complex requirements of a solution.
• Escalate unresolved problems to relevant third parties and provide first line support.
• Write reports, proposals and complete project documentation.
• Coordinate activities of Engineers to meet performance targets.
• Assist with standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.

Job description

Note: Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends and shift as and when required.

12 months renewable contract subjected for performance and evaluation

Job Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with the Bank’s network, processes & change windows.
• Responsible for knowing existing network plans, LAN design, configuration, installation, implementation and deployment of existing network infrastructure
• Interact with clients on site to meet complex requirements of a solution.
• Escalate unresolved problems and issues to the relevant third parties.
• Respond to escalated requests and support client applications to a first line resolution.
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant third parties.
• Write reports, proposals and complete and maintain project documentation.
• Assist with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
• Assume responsibility for the co-ordination of the activities of the Engineers, in line with performance targets.
• Included in higher complexity design work, with input to the design expected.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in IT Networking, Architecture, Design, and Solutioning/Implementation
• Must have CCNP, CCNA, and Data Center ACI Implementation certifications
• Must have Data Center networking experience
• At least 5 years' experience in Network Migration and integration projects
• Should have at least 5 years hands-on experience on below technologies technical skills:
• Cisco Routing and Switching Technologies
• F5 LTM
• Cisco ACI
