Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- CCNA/CCNP or cloud/network certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise network engineering/operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure in a 24/7 production environment.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Design and support hybrid connectivity between on-premises and AWS (VPC, VPN, Direct Connect).
- Configure network security controls including firewalls, security groups, and NACLs.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot latency and connectivity issues.
- Support incident management, RCA, and change management activities.
- Coordinate with telecoms, vendors, and external partners for connectivity and issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation and SOPs; participate in DR testing.
