Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced NetReveal System Analyst to support AML and Financial Crime technology initiatives within the banking sector. The role involves business and system analysis, configuration, testing support, and production issue management for the NetReveal platform.

Responsibilities include requirements documentation, module configuration, interface analysis, and collaboration with AML, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with NetReveal in a banking or financial services environment.
• Good understanding of AML, Financial Crime, Transaction Monitoring, Alert Management, and Case Management processes.
• Expertise in Business/System Analysis, requirements gathering, and functional specifications.
• Strong SQL and database analysis skills.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and batch processing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and system requirements for NetReveal solutions.
• Configure and support NetReveal modules, rules, workflows, and interfaces.
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with AML, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and defect resolution.
• Investigate application, interface, batch-processing, and data issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and operational documentation.
