Job summary

ConsulGuru Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced technical professional to oversee the acquisition and development of software systems across organizational units in Singapore.

You will monitor results and quality of multiple software solutions and lead PoC development while ensuring security and risk considerations are applied. Qualifications

• Min 5 years’ experience or equivalent in a technical role such as programming, technical/IT support, software installation.
• Good knowledge of SQL and in-depth experience of databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server or Teradata and performance tuning at a database level
• Technical trouble shooting skills
• Previous experience of installing software, creating test environments
• Good knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, HPUX, Google Cloud Platform, Windows
• Understanding of Java and J2EE architectures/and/or Data Server
• At least 3 years of experience / knowledge working with JBoss, Weblogic, MQ, Apache Kafka and Spark
• Experience in AML/KYC ecosystem and technologies

Responsibilities

• Oversea the acquisition and development fo Software systems in organisational units
• Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and project implemented in the organization.
• Oversea the development of Proof of Concept / solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
• Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation, integration, upgrade and support of NetReveal systems.
• Provide knowledge of the functionality of one or more core NetReveal modules (such as ETL, Builder, Workbench, Visualizer, Live, Scenario Manager, WLM, Services Manager and Application Builder)
• Participate in the technical workshops during the analysis and design stages of project and collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards
• Trouble-shoot environmental & technical issues that arise in the course of deploying/configuring software and elevate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.
• Collaborate with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality result
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills and ensure project delivery is within schedule.
• Effective and Efficient decision making ability – prioritizing, time management, etc
• Plan technical deliverables, perform design and development works to meet project’s requirements within schedule
• Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure teams for servers setup and maintenance within project or enhancement schedule
• Manage project change request approval windows and deployment schedule
• Facilitate and provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment
• Create and compile necessary technical documents for the solutions on timely basis.
