Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned .NET professional to lead modernisation from legacy.NET to current platforms. You will be a technical authority with hands-on coding, strong SQL Server ownership, and a track record in performance, security, and team leadership.

The role requires deep experience across ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Azure development; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS or related field required.
• 5+ years hands-on .NET app development and maintenance.
• .NET coding expertise with 4.8 standard and core.
• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, JS/HTML5/CSS.
• Strong SQL Server and stored procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernisation from .NET Framework to latest releases.
• Serve as technical authority for .NET technologies.
• Hands-on coding, especially in .NET 4.8 and core.
• Own SQL Server DB design, stored procedures, performance.
• Troubleshoot and deliver robust, secure solutions.
• Drive performance, security, and continuous improvements.
• Grow into broader technology leadership roles.
• Mentor and build a high-performing development team.
• Excel in Agile and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Handle high-pressure challenges with a can-do attitude.
• Work with AI technologies and Azure environments.
