TUV SUD Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior .NET Fullstack & DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate digital MRV solutions for Nature-based Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering delivering production-grade web apps.
• Strong hands-on with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and data access.
• Experience with TypeScript and frontend frameworks.
• Cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, IaC, and DevOps/CI/CD.
• Security, observability, testing, incident management knowledge.
• Exposure to carbon/climate/dMRV, geospatial or regulated data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end dMRV solutions (backend, APIs, web apps, data workflows).
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure software architectures.
• Develop cloud-native, API-first, event-driven apps using .NET.
• Implement monitoring, verification, evidence management, traceability, and audits.
• Integrate external data sources: geospatial, Earth Observation, IoT, registry.
• Build and optimise CI/CD, IaC, cloud environments, and DevSecOps practices.
• Maintain production-ready systems with observability, alerts, resilience, backups.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and operational improvements.
• Embed security by design through automated testing and reviews.
• Collaborate with product, data, security, and domains; share knowledge.
