Job summary

TÜV SÜD Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of digital MRV solutions for NbS.

You will shape platform strategy, drive long-term technology roadmaps, and mentor cross-functional teams across .NET, APIs, and cloud-based services. You will translate complex climate verification requirements into scalable software, ensure auditability, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver prioritized roadmaps

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of software engineering experience including architecture and delivery of complex platforms.
Strong hands-on expertise in .NET and modern web development.
Experience building SaaS platforms, APIs, and data-intensive solutions.

Responsibilities

Translate NbS and carbon requirements into scalable digital MRV product and software solutions.
Lead architecture and delivery of end-to-end dMRV workflows with transparency and auditability.
Design reusable components and data models for evolving carbon standards and registry integrations.
Define architecture, roadmap, and platform strategy for NbS dMRV capabilities.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across .NET, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud apps.
Embed security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices throughout delivery.
