Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Product Engineer to support the NAND Product Development Team Leader. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to propel new product development and spearhead AI-enabled strategies from silicon to system.

The role involves aligning NAND requirements, developing AI workflows, and enabling NAND memory integration into SSD systems. Strong problem solving and a growth mindset are essential for success in a global, highly visible engineering environment.

Qualifications

PhD or MSc in electrical engineering, materials science or related field.
Bachelor's with 5+ years of relevant NAND product development experience.
Proven ability to develop agentic AI solutions using standard models and platforms.
Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and align NAND requirements with business units and SSD leads.
Develop AI workflow solutions to automate data extraction and analysis for NAND specs.
Integrate NAND product engineering with other engineering teams for SSD system integration.
Lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate plans to deliver NAND component solutions.
Create AI-embedded workflows and a NAND program management system for prioritization and tracking.
Represent Product Engineering in reviews and drive timely product qualifications.
