Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is looking for a Senior/Staff NAND Module Process Integration Engineer to join their Singapore R&D department. This role is centered on designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance next-generation 3D NAND product yield and quality.

The successful candidate will lead process modules, define specifications, and drive continuous improvement. Strong experience in the semiconductor industry and collaboration skills are essential. Proficiency in relevant software like Python and SolidWorks is desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in process areas or process integration.
• In-depth knowledge and direct experience with non-volatile memories (NAND) and NAND process flow.
• A self-motivated individual with proven ability to work in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more process modules related to 3D NAND integrated circuits.
• Define specifications and process requirements for assigned modules.
• Set a clear direction and establish a continual improvement plan.
