Job summary

VISEO ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a senior functional analyst to translate business needs into technical specifications for Murex-based back-office processes. You will drive requirement analysis, design test cases, and support SIT/UAT to ensure smooth production handover.

You will collaborate with developers and architects to align solutions with regulatory and system integration standards, while ensuring accurate downstream data flows from Murex to data warehouses and reporting systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
6-9 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
Hands-on experience with Murex 3.1 Back Office including trade event processing and MxML workflows.
Involvement in requirement analysis, functional specification, and testcase preparation for Murex and downstream interfaces.
Support SIT/UAT phases, ensure proper documentation, and assist in transitioning solutions to production teams.
Work closely with developers and architects to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and system integration standards.
Support downstream data flows from Murex to data warehouses and regulatory reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
Design and execute test cases for trade lifecycle events and accounting processes.
Support SIT/UAT phases and assist in obtaining user sign-offs.
Document functional flows, test results, and provide post-implementation support.
Assist in analysing downstream systems and reporting interfaces.
