Job summary

The National University of Singapore invites applications for an Executive/Senior Executive, Multimedia Design (2-year contract, renewable) to join the FoS Corporate Communications team at Kent Ridge Campus. You will manage end-to-end design from concept to delivery for prints, digital assets and campaigns.

You should have a degree or diploma in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field with a strong portfolio.
• At least two years of relevant experience or agency background.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Express).
• Experience posting content on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge and practical use of AI tools for asset generation and workflow optimisation.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Content creation: Design across print, websites, social media, infographics and presentations.
• Brand stewardship: Ensure outputs adhere to NUS and FoS brand guidelines.
• Content adaptation: Optimise multimedia content for platforms and audiences.
• Campaign conceptualisation: Develop concepts, storyboards and art direction.
• Asset management: Organise and archive assets in a CMS.
• Best practices: Stay updated on design trends for innovative outcomes.
