Job summary

Ethos Search Associates Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a creative graphic designer for a 1-year contract based in Jurong West. You will develop visuals for events, campaigns, launches, and corporate initiatives, and produce collateral across EDMs, decks, posters, and digital assets.

The role also covers social content, brand enforcement, basic video editing, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with an emphasis on using AI tools to streamline ideation and production.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing event communications, marketing campaigns, collateral, social media content, or other relevant creative work.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio demonstrating the same is also welcome.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Able to develop key visuals, marketing collateral, presentation decks, and other communication materials.
• Graphic design and visual communication skills with a good eye for layout, typography, and detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic video editing for events, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal, external stakeholders and vendors to develop and deliver creative work from concept to production.
• Leverage AI tools to support ideation, creative development, and streamline the design and content creation process.
• Enforce brand guidelines and high standard of quality.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Advantageous to have experience in PowerPoint and Canva skills.
• Photography skills, with the ability to capture usable content during events.
• Advantageous to have videography and motion graphics skills.
• Keen interest in exploring AI tools to support ideation, creative development, and improve production efficiency.
• Able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
