Job summary

Hoya is seeking a Solution Architect for Workplace & Collaboration to design and deliver modern, secure, and user‑centric solutions with Microsoft 365 at the core. You will define architectural standards, guide delivery teams, and ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes collaboration across business units, scalability, and continuous improvement of digital employee experiences in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in solution architecture focused on workplace and collaboration technologies.
• Proven experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365-based environments.
• Strong background in user experience, IT service management, and change management in a digital workplace context.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver modern, secure, user‑centric workplace and collaboration solutions with Microsoft 365 at the core.
• Define platform standards, best practices, and guidelines for workplace and collaboration tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective workplace and collaboration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions integrate with existing systems and remain secure and compliant.
• Document designs and communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
