Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join the global design team. The role focuses on creating high-quality motion content across digital campaigns, social platforms and video formats, with potential on-site work at the client office.

You will translate briefs into motion, develop After Effects toolkits, and deliver scalable outputs across markets, languages and formats while maintaining brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in agency environments
• Leadership level roles
• Excellent working knowledge of video production and motion design software
• Proven track record building After Effects toolkits for localization
• Strong expressions, scripting in After Effects
• Familiar with Figma and QA/QC practices

Responsibilities

• Follow traffic management processes to ensure best in class results
• Design and develop After Effects toolkits and motion systems
• Execute video/motion outputs at scale across languages and platforms
• Animate typography, graphics, illustrations, UI components with timing and storytelling
• Translate briefs into motion while maintaining brand identity and quality
• Develop scalable After Effects templates for localization across markets
• Edit and assemble video content and deliver to platform specs
• Collaborate with clients, designers, copywriters and producers to meet marketing goals
• Prepare assets per platform requirements and perform QA/QC
• Lead by example and share workflows with the team
