Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Senior Hybrid Designer to join the SMB Ads Marketing Team. You will create high-quality static designs for digital campaigns, social content and UI elements, using Figma and Adobe CC.

You’ll work closely with the client to adopt brand guidelines and deliver scalable outputs across multiple languages and platforms. You’ll build design systems, manage localization kits, QA outputs, and collaborate with designers, art directors and copywriters to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Expert in Static Design with Figma and Adobe CC.
• Experience building design systems for global localization.
• Well-versed in Figma Buzz and scalable work.
• Strong foundational design knowledge across graphic design.
• Detail oriented with thorough QA/QC on work.

Responsibilities

• Follow traffic management to ensure best in class results.
• Design and maintain Figma design systems for localization.
• Create static outputs across languages and platforms.
• Prepare assets with correct specs and QA before delivery.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to meet marketing goals.
• Assist with motion design when needed using After Effects.
