Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Mortgage Advisor to handle complex home-financing cases, work with bank partners, and guide junior advisors. The role focuses on lending solutions for residential and commercial properties while maintaining strong lender relationships.

You will coach junior colleagues, negotiate with banks, and contribute to the team's revenue targets in a Singapore-based office.

About the Job

We are hiring a Senior Mortgage Advisor to handle more complex home-financing cases, work closely with our bank partners and guide junior advisors.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial property financing cases
• Work out loan options for complex cases (e.g. self-employed clients, multiple properties, bridging loans)
• Keep good working relationships with banks, property agents and law firms
• Keep up with interest rates, bank packages and MAS property loan rules
• Coach junior advisors and check their submissions
• Meet your own and the team's revenue targets

Requirements

• Local Diploma or Degree, any discipline
• At least 4 years in mortgage advisory, banking or property financing
• Strong knowledge of TDSR, MSR, LTV limits and CPF use for property
• Existing bank and property agent contacts are an advantage
• Good at analysing cases and negotiating with banks
