Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for the Money Platform to design end-to-end financial service solutions across modules such as catalog, purchase, and payout. You will translate complex business needs into standardised, reusable product offerings while collaborating with product, engineering, risk, finance, tax, legal, and compliance teams.

The role focuses on creating scalable, market-ready solution patterns and driving onboarding of internal teams across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in product management, solution design, or platform strategy within payments, fintech, wallets, settlement, or enterprise financial services.
• Good understanding of end-to-end money flows and concepts like accounts, orders, currencies, settlement cycles, and compliance.
• Experience designing product solutions across multiple systems or modules.
• Ability to translate complex business scenarios into structured product design and scalable models.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business, product, engineering, operations, and control functions.

Responsibilities

• Understand internal business scenarios, including models, user journeys, fund flows, settlement logic, and compliance.
• Translate business needs into reusable use case-based product solutions for multiple business lines.
• Design end-to-end money service flows across modules such as catalog, purchase, payout, wallet, and tax.
• Define standard solution packages with scope, integration approach, options, dependencies, and exception handling.
• Partner with product, engineering, risk, finance, tax, legal, and compliance to drive delivery.
• Clarify cross-module ownership, system interactions, data flow, and fund flow across end-to-end processes.
• Support internal teams with solution evaluation, onboarding, and implementation planning.
• Build a library of standard use cases and platform patterns; promote standardisation and configurability.
