Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business.
• Solid computer science fundamentals, with proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Extensive coding and code review experience with strong coding practices.
• Proficient in at least one of the following: Java, Python, Golang, C++, or PHP.
• Prior development experience in account membership, merchant services, wallet products, or payments systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of global payment systems, including account membership, merchant services, wallet products, and operational platforms.
• Take ownership of planning, architecture design, business requirement delivery, and business growth.
• Conduct in-depth business scenario analysis to identify users' payment pain points and drive product development.
• Contribute to overall system architecture design, setup, and optimization.
• Enhance system performance and development efficiency to ensure high concurrency, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Maintain a strong end-to-end perspective and holistic system thinking.
• Drive technical innovation and research to enable fast-paced business development and efficient product iteration.
