Lucence Diagnostics PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a highly skilled scientist to lead development and optimisation of molecular diagnostic assays, from design to validation, and to analyse genomic data for clinical implementation.

You will guide analytical and clinical verification studies, author internal workflows, troubleshoot assay challenges, and train staff for transfer from R&D to operations in a fast-paced, collaborative lab setting.

Qualifications

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Cancer Biology, Genomics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Propose, design, plan, execute, and interpret lab experiments to implement new molecular assays and improve current assays.
