Job summary

WD is seeking an ML Technical Lead to deploy physics-informed AI in real product development, guiding design reviews and cross-functional delivery. You will own architecture decisions from data interfaces to deployment, mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with domain scientists to reach scalable, manufacturable AI solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field; AI focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and own CNN, U-Net, and ViT systems for precision inspection and defect classification.
• Own real-time anomaly detection from sensor and time-series data streams.
• Architect active learning pipelines and Bayesian experimental design frameworks.
• Own the full ML platform: MLflow, Docker, AWS EKS, CI/CD, observability, and model monitoring.
