Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in AI/ML/CS or equivalent depth via open-source contributions or GitHub portfolio
• 3–5 years of hands-on technical AI/ML experience
• Proven ownership of AI systems from design to production deployment
• Track record leading a small ML/AI engineering team and shipping ML models to product

Responsibilities

• Design and Own CNN, U‑Net, and ViT systems for precision inspection and defect classification
• Develop real-time anomaly detection from sensor/time-series data streams
• Validate and deploy PINNs and surrogate models into product environments
• Own the full ML platform (MLflow, Docker, AWS EKS) and CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical direction and mentor team members
