Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry work experience in NLP, Ranking, Ads, Search Engine, Recommendation systems, and Machine Learning.
• Solid coding skills with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to analyze complex data and extract core insights.

Responsibilities

• Improve search quality and user experience: query analysis and text relevance matching; multi-modal content understanding.
• Design and implement end-to-end ranking systems: model user interests and boost GMV across merch, video, and live streams.
• Solve ecosystem-level problems: supply-demand matching, cold-start challenges, and sustainable growth strategies.
• Monitor and ensure quality of software solutions across projects.
