Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to analyze data, build ML models, and deliver analytics solutions for customers in the delivery service sector.

You will shape data-driven decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy production-ready models. You will train, evaluate, and deploy models, monitor performance, and stay current with ML advancements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of implementation and deployment experience in machine learning and statistical data analysis on large datasets.
• Experience translating business questions into analytical problems using Python, R, SAS, SQL and visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Data Wrangling, Data Visualization, DBMS, SQL and Python.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile development is preferred.
• Experience with listed tools such as Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, Power BI, MS Access, SharePoint is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and insights; use statistics and visualization to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop, train, and deploy ML models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Train and evaluate models using cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and ensemble methods.
• Deploy models into production; implement APIs and integrate with systems for real-time decisions.
• Monitor model performance and iteratively improve models based on feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in ML/AI and assess new tools and methodologies.
