Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced AI/ML technical leader to design, build, and deploy production-grade geospatial ML solutions. You will architect scalable systems, improve model performance, and drive MLOps across the stack.

You will collaborate with product and sales teams to translate business needs into concrete technical delivery plans, while mentoring engineers and guiding cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, EE, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in production-grade ML solutions.
• Strong ML/DL knowledge, model development and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV).
• Experience deploying ML services with API development and Docker.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, retrieval optimisation, and graph databases is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong ownership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to mentor engineers and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions for geospatial applications.
• Architect scalable ML systems and integrate AI into end-to-end platforms.
• Drive model performance, reliability, and MLOps practices (deployment, monitoring, optimisation).
• Collaborate with product, business, and sales to translate requirements into technical plans.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers and cross-team collaboration.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with technical expertise.
