Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a data-driven ML Engineer to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions. You will design, train, and deploy models, evaluate performance, and integrate models with production APIs.

Work with software engineering and DevOps teams to build robust, scalable AI systems, monitor models in production, and stay updated with the latest ML advances. East/West Singapore location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in ML deployment and data analysis.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into analytical ML solutions.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; data wrangling and visualization.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, RSAS, and Qlik Sense.
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
• Translate business problems into analytical and machine learning solutions.
• Design, develop, train, and optimise machine learning models and algorithms.
• Evaluate model performance using validation techniques, hyperparameter tuning, and optimisation.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments via APIs.
• Collaborate with software engineering and DevOps to build scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and data science; adopt best practices.
