Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of relevant middleware experience.
• Hands-on expertise in IBM WebSphere Application Server v9, Oracle WebLogic Server (12c/19c, OSB/SOA), Red Hat JBoss Application Server.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and Elasticsearch administration.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or similar).
• Experience handling production-critical environments.
