Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive in Middle Office Operations for Wealth Management to oversee end-to-end client onboarding and lifecycle processing. This role ensures documentation accuracy, name screening and reviews align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

You will review forms, approvals and records, identify gaps, and provide guidance to stakeholders while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and ownership in your work.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding and lifecycle activities in wealth management or financial services.
• Ability to review documents for completeness and validity.
• Familiarity with name screening and periodic reviews.
• Capability to identify documentation gaps and escalate appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review and process client onboarding, account opening and servicing requests from start to finish.
• Verify that forms, documents and system records are complete and valid.
• Perform name screening and periodic/event-triggered reviews per policy and regulation.
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.
