Job summary

JERAGM is seeking a high-calibre Manager, Middle Office, to lead the team responsible for daily P&L production, valuation and reconciliation controls. You will oversee the end-to-end P&L workflow for coal, freight, LNG, gas and power desks, and collaborate with Front Office, Risk and Finance to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires 12+ years in energy trading, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in P&L, risk controls and data analytics. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in energy/commodity trading environments.
• Senior Middle Office, Product Control, P&L, Risk or related control role.
• Experience managing and developing team members and allocating work.

Responsibilities

• Produce, review and ensure integrity of daily P&L for assigned portfolios and cross-cover across portfolios.
• Investigate and resolve material or unexpected P&L movements and issues.
• Coordinate responses to queries from traders and other departments about P&L, valuations and trade capture.
