JERA Global Markets Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Middle Office to lead a multidisciplinary MO team focused on P&L production, market risk and credit risk controls.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and delivering accurate P&L across coal, freight and LNG portfolios. Initial focus includes coal and freight with exposure to LNG, Japanese power and US gas trading. You will drive improvements in MO processes, automation, and governance while mentoring team

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in energy/commodity trading or related field.
• Senior Middle Office/Product Control experience.
• Bachelor's degree in economics/finance or similar quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the production, review and integrity of daily P&L across assigned portfolios.
• Lead and develop Middle Office team members; manage cross-cover across portfolios.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Risk, and Finance on P&L, valuations and control matters.
• Oversee deal entry validation, price curves and valuation algorithms.
• Support month-end close and weekly/monthly management reporting.
