Job summary

A leading semiconductor foundry in Singapore is seeking a Defectivity Senior Engineer to develop and optimize metrology recipes for semiconductor processes. The candidate should possess a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related fields, and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in metrology tools including Rudolph and KLA. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams are essential. This position may require weekend support for production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in related metrology tools and applications.
• Strong understanding of process flows and interactions affecting yield and reliability.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities
