Guan Ho Construction Co (Pte) Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer/Coordinator to guide and support the project team on MEP items in Singapore. You will monitor budgets, schedules, and ensure on-time, quality, on-budget execution while ensuring compliance with BCA, NEA, PUB, FSSD, and other authorities.

You will review drawings and specifications, assist in tender bids, and provide constructibility feedback to the client.

Competenze

Min 8 years work experience in construction industry.
Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (recognized by PEB).
Diploma in MEP Coordination Course.

Mansioni

Provide guidance, managerial, technical support to MEP Engineers and Project Team on MEP items.
Report and resolve MEP works in consultation with Project Manager.
Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements (BCA, NEA, PUB, FSSD, Registered Inspector).
Analyse drawings, specs, and statements of work for activity networks and resource planning.
Assist in Tender Preparation by providing MEP expertise on conceptual bids to ensure accurate estimates.
Review project documents for constructibility, value engineering, and gaps, and provide feedback to team and client.
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors for competitive pricing and top service.
Communicate progress and prepare reports; apply value engineering where possible.
Perform other duties assigned by D&T Director and Management.
