Job summary

Key responsibilities include coordinating with PM & MEP consultants, resolving technical issues with the construction team, reviewing drawings for compliance, attending site meetings, and supporting project deliveries on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PM & MEP consultants and government authorities.
• Coordinate with Construction team to resolve discrepancies and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Review contract documents, phasing plans, construction sequence and project schedule.
• Review M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.
• Attend site meetings and necessary site walk.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
