Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is required
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience on Singapore building/construction projects
• Electrical/Mechanical experience in high-end villas
• Hands-on Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with practical experience
• Strong communication to coordinate with site teams to execute work
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin communication

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, programming and monitoring of MEP works and construction projects
• Monitor progress and report to manager
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters
• Ensure MEP projects comply with company policies, safety and environmental requirements
• Carry out QA/QC inspections and manage RFA/RFI, shop drawings and procurement statuses
• Ensure quality and on-time completion of MEP works
