Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong building and M&E knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and contractors in facility management.
• Plan and execute corrective or preventive maintenance.
• Improve efficiency and energy conservation through system improvements.
• Provide excellent service to meet client expectations.
• Ensure safe operations of electrical equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, vendors/contractors on requirements.
• Inspect electrical installations to ensure maintenance programmes are followed.
• Ensure all works comply with safety procedures.
• Perform other tasks as required by Facilities Manager.
