Job summary

VA TECH WABAG (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the detailed mechanical design for wastewater treatment systems and oversee project execution from design through commissioning.

The candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, site reps, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of water and wastewater projects. The role requires registration as a Professional Engineer (Mechanical) with PEB Singapore and around 15 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Shall have demonstrable experience in managing the detailed mechanical design of wastewater treatment systems of similar complexity.
• Shall be a Professional Engineer (Mechanical) registered with PEB Singapore.
• Shall have about 15 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution during design, construction and testing and commissioning for water and wastewater treatment works or process plant engineering and construction works.
• Lead the technical presentation to Client and Consultant
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Client Site Technical Representatives, Subcontractors and Suppliers during project execution.
• Process Mechanical Work Design in water and wastewater treatment plants and pumping station and pipeline.
