Job summary
Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented engineer to lead front-end design and deliver robust water and wastewater projects.
You will prepare P&IDs, equipment layouts, pipe routing drawings, and datasheets, and perform sizing and hydraulic calculations to meet contract specifications. Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters’ Degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years in water and wastewater design.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint; familiar with SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience with AutoCAD and SAP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform detail engineering tasks for water and wastewater plants to meet specifications.
- Prepare sketches for P&IDs, Fabrication, Equipment Layout, and Pipe Routing.
- Perform sizing calculations for equipment, pipes, and hydraulics; conduct take-offs.
- Raise purchase requisitions; evaluate vendor quotes and assist with vendor selection.
- Support bid submissions, project management, construction and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with in-house design team to meet deliverables and apply value engineering.
