Job summary

VA TECH WABAG (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to oversee the detailed design of wastewater treatment systems. The role requires leading multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering projects on schedule.

You will manage design during construction and testing, present technical solutions to clients and consultants, and coordinate with clients, site reps, subcontractors and suppliers to drive successful commissioning.

Qualifications

• Proven Professional Engineer (Mechanical) licensed with PEB Singapore.
• About 15 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater or process plant projects.
• Experience managing mechanical design for wastewater treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution during design, construction and testing and commissioning.
• Lead the technical presentations to Client and Consultant.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Client Site Technical Representatives, Subcontractors and Suppliers during project execution.
• Design mechanical work for water/wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and pipelines.
