Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in mechanical design for semiconductor or precision automation.
• Proficient in Creo/SolidWorks/Inventor/CATIA/NX.
• Ability to prepare detailed manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
• Knowledge of GD&T, fits and tolerances, and precision components.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems for semiconductor packaging equipment.
• Develop 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation.
• Design wafer handling and precision positioning modules.
• Support assembly, testing, and customer qualification.
• Conduct tolerance analysis and design optimization.
• Collaborate with process, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.
