Job summary

Right Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior/Mechanical Design Engineer to conceive, design and develop semiconductor backend machines. You will contribute to continuous improvement programs and provide engineering field support.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background with 1–5 years in automation or semiconductor machinery, and proficiency in 3D design tools such as Pro-E, AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-5 years in automation or semiconductor machines; seniority considered for more years.
• Familiar with FMEA, GD&T; pick & place equipment knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and develop semiconductor backend machines.
• Support CIP (Continuous Improvement Programme) and engineering field operations.
