Job summary

the supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer / Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in Singapore.

You will design mechanical systems for semiconductor packaging equipment and develop 3D models and drawings. Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of mechanical design experience, proficiency with Creo/SolidWorks, and strong tolerance analysis and DFx skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related discipline.
• Approximately 2+ years of mechanical design experience in semiconductor equipment, precision automation, or related industries.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, NX, or equivalent.
• Able to prepare detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
• Good understanding of fits and tolerances, GD&T, and bearing/linear-motion components.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems and modules for semiconductor packaging equipment.
• Develop 3D models, detailed drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Select and configure mechanical and motion components (bearings, linear guides, motors, encoders).
• Conduct tolerance stack‑ups and design reviews for precision assemblies.
• Collaborate with process, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams; support assembly and qualification.
